*If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at 800-216-2224, so that we can promptly resolve the issue with you.
* Online order returns must be returned to us within 60 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund. Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Merchandise must be returned in an unused, like-new condition.
*Please Note** Except in cases of a shipping error, ie.. damaged, defective, or mishipped items on our part, original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of an exchange, reshipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

* All In Store purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
* Any purchase made with a credit card, will be refunded to the original credit card
* Any purchase made by a check, will be refunded via cash after the 10-business day waiting period to ensure the check has cleared.
* Any purchase made by cash, will be refunded via cash.
* Any purchase made using a store credit or gift certificate will be refunded via a new store credit being issued.
* Any returns made after 30 days will be issued a store credit.
