Online Purchase Return Policy:

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at 815-838-9593, so that we can promptly resolve the issue with you.

Online order returns must be returned to us within 60 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund. Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Merchandise must be returned in an unused, like-new condition.

Please Note** Except in cases of a shipping error, ie.. damaged, defective, or mishipped items on our part, original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of an exchange, reshipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

All returns must include:

  1. Customer Receipt
  2. Original packaging
  3. Note stating reason for return

Merchandise must returned in unused, like-new condition within 60 days.

Online items can be returned to our stores.

All online orders will only be refunded to the original credit card used for purchase.

Any returns not received within 60 days of date of delivery, will be issued a store credit.

Any merchandise returned in a used, damaged or altered condition in any way, will be returned to purchaser non-refunded.

In Store Purchase Return Policy:

All In Store purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Any purchase made with a credit card, will be refunded to the original credit card.

Any purchase made by a check, will be refunded via cash after the 10-business day waiting period to ensure the check has cleared.

Any purchase made by cash, will be refunded via cash.

Any purchase made using a store credit or gift certificate will be refunded via a new store credit being issued.

Any returns made after 30 days will be issued a store credit.
